Melissa provides a 20-minute keynote speech, “Reclaiming your Story”, about her journey with Lupus, the road to healing and how movement can help manage chronic pain and inflammation by reclaiming your story and controlling the narrative. Melissa then leads the group through a 45-minute Full Body Reset fitness class, using functional movement paired with breath work and concluding with a mindful meditation.

Melissa offers private group classes for those looking for a new, safe, effective way to work out. For in-person group classes, a minimum of 5 individuals is required. Travel fees may apply.
Full Body Reset: If you struggle with fatigue, joint pain, stress, anxiety, or just need to release some toxins, this is the class for you! Full Body Reset is a body-weight, mobility workout class in order to increase functional movement, release tension and reduce inflammation.
This 50-minute class starts with a 5-minute warmup flow, then transitions into a 37-minute functional workout routine, followed by a 5-minute cool-down flow. The concludes with a 3-minute meditation.
Exercises change each session with a curated class in order to reach your personal fitness goals.

Melissa is an ACE certified Pain Free Movement Specialist. Melissa offers 1:1 services to help individuals with chronic pain by customizing full body workouts for your individual needs. You’ll learn how to use breath to manage pain, use your body to regain strength safely and mindfully overcome mental blockages and obstacles.

In 2006, Melissa Coulier was diagnosed with Lupus. Determined to find a long-term solution to managing inflammation and pain, she began her wellness journey. After working with a holistic nutritionist and personal trainer, she discovered a lifestyle that is enjoyable and life-changing when managing chronic pain and inflammation. She is passionate about sharing her experiences to help others discover their own unique path to optimal health by taking a bio-individual approach using movement and mindfulness.
Mel is a Montana native, co-founder of wellness company Living Well with Mel and Mel, award-winning photographer, and a fitness instructor specializing in pain-free movement. She’s a daydreaming creative who seeks adventure while encouraging others to do the same! Melissa is also the wife to America’s beloved TV uncle, Dave Coulier.
When she is not working, Melissa enjoys hosting family and friends, cooking, dancing and adventuring in nature with her husband and their three dogs, Shorty, Ziggy and Cooper.
She currently reside in Metro-Detroit, Michigan.
